Well, let's see...It's only been since March 2006 that I updated this journal. It would be waaay to hard to try to update with everything that's happened to me between then and now, so I won't try. I might post some "About Me" things when I have the time, but at the moment I'm just putting this up quick at work as a promise to myself.

I made a promise to myself that I was going to start writing my novel...and that by Halloween I would have something to show for it. That isn't giving me a lot of time, so that was probably a bit too lofty of a goal, but I hope to at least have a few chapters by then. I'll be posting them here as I go along with hopefully some other writing and art as I finish things.

I'm going to make an effort to keep up with this place again. I thought about just making a new account, but I think I'm going to stick it out with this one for a while. So...Anyone who gets the alert about this and reads it, I'm sorry that I've been around on here and that I haven't been commenting on your things and so such. I'd make some sort of promise that I'll go through my hundreds of messages and comment on as much as I can, but I'm busy and that just isn't going to happen. Some day when I have time, I'm going to go through my watch list and catch up a little on everyone and probably leave sporadic comments, but that's about the best I've got.

I do promise to try my best to keep up with all the new stuff that goes up from this point forward, and I hope that any of you who still watch me and are at all interested in where I'm at with my life and my art and writing will poke your head in and say hi, maybe even look around and leave some comments on the new stuff.

So yeah! I guess that was my long rambling way of saying I'm back! At least for now.
